Hey there, I’m Amy! I was born and raised in Lexington and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration in Finance. My professional experience began in a management program at a local bank where I quickly learned my true calling is working face to face with people and building relationships. While working and starting our family, I enjoyed membership in the Junior League of Lexington and went on to become a sustaining member. I also volunteered as an advisor to our local Chi Omega chapter here at UK for several years. In being part of those two organizations, it opened up the doors or me to join several groups of ladies in volunteering for groups such as Cardinal Hill Hospital, God’s Pantry Food Bank and the Lexington Woman’s Club.
My husband and I have three children and have enjoyed Lexington not only as natives, but for what it can offer to a growing family. The opportunities here are endless, but you will need the right person to help you find and access them. I would love to be the one to help you!!
My name is Amy Houchin Watts and I was born and raised here in Lexington, KY. I earned my Bachelor’s in Business and Administration degree in Finance. My very first real job was in a management program in a local bank. I quickly learned my true calling is in working face to face with people and I left the bank for a more people oriented position. I was fortunate enough to get to manage a local boutique downtown for several years before starting our family. This gave me the chance to be face to face with clients and to help them with whatever needs they may have. It also allowed me to use my degree and help with the business side of things here and there. I loved my job!! While working and starting our family, I enjoyed membership in the Junior League of Lexington and going on to become a sustaining member. My husband and I met at the University of Kentucky (he is also a Lexington native) and have chosen to raise our family here. We have three children and have enjoyed Lexington not only as natives, but for what it can offer to a growing family. The opportunities here are endless, but you will need the right person to help you find and access them. I would love to help you!!
