We contacted Ana as part of our search for an agent to sell our home in Bethesda. After meeting with her, our choice was made. Ana’s knowledge of the local markets, pricing fluctuations, demand, historical data and pricing forecasts was impressive. Ana advised us on how to best present the house to market and once we listed with her, due to knowledge and contacts, we had an offer we accepted within 24hrs.
We were so impressed we worked with Ana to find our next home and had signed a contract to purchase within two weeks.
Ana arranged for both closings to happen on the same morning. We couldn’t have been happier working with Ana.

Ana is very resourceful, knowledgeable of the real estate projects, and get everything done in the most efficient way possible, then communicate in near real time manner via text and/or emails.

Ana was amazing. She's a lion when it comes to negotiating with buyers and all the trades we needed to get this 60 year old house through to the finish line. She knew that the estimates to repair something were super inflated and went the distance to get a fourth estimate which came in at almost half of what the lowest of the other estimates were. She was great in that she was a mile from the house and I was hours out of state and she did everything when it came to meeting with trades, finding me amazing people for clean out and flooring and carpeting, and did everything in a cost efficient manor and as fast as possible to get this sale through. Will work with her again!

Ana is a phenomenal realtor. She did an exceptional job in selling our town house. She came to the initial appointment very well-prepared, setting herself apart from other realtors. She presented home sale comparison reports, discussed pros and cons of the property, and lay out her marketing approach, etc. Ana is super knowledgeable about the housing market, very strategic and organized in planning next steps, and very prompt to respond. She made excellent referrals to contractors for repair/remodeling and title companies that handled closing documents. From advising on wall color/light fixture to dealing with condo association, her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were evident in every interaction. Ana is always full of enthusiasm and energy. Despite busy with multiple listings, she is always very responsive and attentive to our needs.
