In my lifetime I have bought and sold about 6 houses and never before have I had such a professional realtor like Ana Benitez of Keller Williams Realty represent and address my needs. In this last episode I purchased a very nice villa in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I am very happy that she was the one on my side. She was even instrumental with getting most of my paperwork scanned and sent to the to the management company that had to approve my application. I think that I am my last house but if not I would certainly call her for the sale of my present villa and if within the same area I would have her find me my next home.
