Ana did an incredible job again (this was our fourth and fifth transaction together). Just like last time we worked with her, Ana was the Realtor for the simultaneous sale and purchase of my home. Her expertise is invaluable in such tricky situations because the end result affects all the different parties to all the transactions. She is a tough negotiator, personally handled each obstacle, responded immediately to all concerns. On the sale side, Ana's marketing showed she took as much pride in my home as I did. Her professionalism and efforts brought me a full price offer. On the purchase side, Ana took care of every detail and negotiated a better purchase price, all the repairs that were needed, and even a last minute pre-occupancy that made a huge difference in finalizing all transactions. I am now happily settled in my wonderful new home. Ana is still in touch with me and followed up to make sure I am settled in and the transition is smooth. She even checked with me on my new condo payments, which led to the discovery that the association had never sent me the payment book and I was behind in payments without my knowledge. Her attention to detail, inexhaustible energy, everything is possible attitude, creative solutions, make us choose her as a Realtor every time. I will always recommend her to everyone

Ana was clear and effective in communicating key points to get my house ready for the market. When it came to listing and fielding offers, Ana helped work through each step of the way and to navigate all steps through the selling process. She has a keen insight for what will be attractive to buyers. Her value adds in terms of staging the home and facilitating all parts of the contract process were absolutely invaluable. Her attention to the details and communication of all points throughout the entire process was superb and she was incredibly available whenever questions came up. Couldn't think of anything I would request to be done better.

Ana knew just what we needed to do to distinguish our home from similar homes that had been on the market, unsold for some time. We had 3 offers the first weekend, one for full asking price, well above what others in the market were asking. She managed the sale, staying on top of every thing that needed to be done by all parties. Wouldn't sell a home without her!
