Anyone looking to sell their house within the shortest time span, please contact Ana Valdivia of Realtor Connect, USA. Several years ago my mother met Ana at an open house that she hosted. Within a few weeks of the open house, The house was sold. My mother was very impressed with the speed of the sale. At the open house, Ana gave my mother her business card. A few years later my mother decided to sell her house and the first real estate person that came to mind was Ana. My mother contacted Ana and she came to her home and they signed the contract to sell the house. This was one of the best decisions that she had made. Ana and her photographer came to the home the next day and took pictures of the house inside and outside; very professional job. Her marketing strategy got many interested buyers coming to the house and within days of the listing there were several offers and within four weeks the house was sold! Any prospective sellers or buyers please contact Ana, we can guarantee you will be very happy with the results that she will produce.

I have been dreaming and manifesting moving to NY since 2017. This year I finally made the move and Ana made it possible. Everyone warned me how hard it would be to move to NY, but Ana made it easy. Her listing was the first listing that me and my partner wrote down and the first and only place we viewed. We moved in two weeks ago. The entire process to find the home and move in was less than a month with Ana. She handled everything online and organized for us to fly up and see the home before the tenants moved out to accommodate my schedule and needs. She also navigated between me and the owner. I was worried about my credit score, however Ana went above and beyond to hear and convey my mitigating circumstances and got us approved! We found her on Zillow. The entire process was professional and simple. I was worried it was a scam because it was to easy, but SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. My friends are still amazed that I have an affordable 3/2 in the City. The owner greeted me and my family with a hug on our move in date. We look forward to making Ana our personal realtor and have even started discussing next steps for becoming homeowners. Ana gave us the best Christmas gift. I am a New Yorker with a beautiful safe spacious NEW apartment!
