Anabell Schuyler

Anabell Schuyler is the Vice President of Leasing for Wolf Co Real Estate Brokerage & Investments.
Anabell oversees the leasing of a 1.4-million square foot portfolio—consisting of Canal Park, Metropica, Atlantic Village II, Turnberry Plaza, Country Club Center, Parksquare and The Bradley— She also leads our Tenant Representation division, her day-today- duties include strategy development, build-to-suit planning, demographic analysis, logistic/distribution services, market analysis, cost of occupancy analyses, and negotiations.
Prior to joining Wolf Co in 2018, Anabell was part of Turnberry Associates. Where she began her career in commercial real estate. In addition to Anabell’s passion for Real Estate she was actively involved in management at one of the world’s top destination resorts, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
