Carlene (and the Rigo team) helped my wife and I find a reasonably specific vacation rental in Scottsdale. I can't possibly imagine having a better experience, or working with someone who was more communicative, friendly and helpful. She found us a fantastic spot, in the area we wanted, for the price we wanted, and even helped us through a few hiccups with the landlord and listing agent. If you're coming to Scottsdale and looking to purchase, rent - or like us, both at the same time - make things a little easier on yourself and work with the Rigo team.

I first worked with AnaMarie back in 2016 when our family was looking for a rental property in Cave Creek. She helped us to find the right place and also helped negotiate the rental agreement. After we moved in there were a couple issues with the landlord and she jumped in to help us to get those resolved.

When we were ready to buy in 2018 we asked AnaMarie to help again and she found us a great 5 BR house in N Phoenix for a good price. When needed to move out of state in 2020 AnaMarie sold our house over a single weekend, getting us multiple offers so that we were able to sell over asking price.

If you’re buying or selling a home in the North Valley, make sure you talk to AnaMarie before you make a final decision on your realtor. You won’t regret it. She’s knows the market extremely well, is very responsive, and is a pleasure to work with.
