Born into a family of Educationists and Philanthropists, Anand’s upbringing was well disciplined and with the virtue of honesty & truthfulness which is of utmost importance for the role he has to play in Real Estate which requires the ultimate motto of ‘Honesty’.

Charged with more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate, Anand has versatility whether it is buying & selling of properties or Rentals.

Anand has specialization in all kinds of Residential Properties; viz. Single Family, Multi family - Condos, Co-ops, Special Purpose Properties such as a Church or a Temple, as well as Lots.

Anand firmly believes that the key to success is “Effective and prompt Communication” and the Clients can expect the same from him.

Anand is a multi Linguistic. Along with English, he is fluent in several Indian languages such as Hindi, Marathi & Tamil. Also he could speak and understand basic Bengali and Punjabi.

Anand could follow basic Spanish but learning advanced level now.

Anand is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Florida, Georgia and New York.
