About Anastacha

My name is Anastacha Constant, and I founded the Constant Keys Group to help other agents become successful in real estate. I have been a realtor for over six years, and my years of experience include putting over 100 families into their dream homes and helping them get locations for their businesses.

My Philosophy:

My philosophy is God first, family second, and working to represent my clients to the best of my ability. I take my fiduciary duty very seriously. My customers will get the best representation that is right for them. I am not the type of agent that will do anything for a deal. However, I have learned that not all money is good money. I work with families or business owners that are a good fit for me. I believe in doing what's right. Throughout the years, I have seen people who got a raw deal from agents who are only about making a few dollars.

Comprehensive Knowledge of the area:

I have been in Florida since 1995. I was young when my parents relocated from New York. I am the oldest female in my family of 6. My oldest brother is in the military. We knew we were off on a new adventure, but it has been a fantastic adventure from the big city to the south. The one thing I learned about living in the city is that every day is an adventure. I am a realtor who has sold in Jacksonville, Tampa, Central FL, and Miami. I am the type of agent that will work the whole State. I am not afraid to drive to wherever my client needs me.

As realtors, we are all subject to continuing education. However, I take it further: I learn from every transaction. Some transactions are teachable lessons that I bring with me to help the next customer. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason because that belief has helped me see every transaction with clear eyes. Those eyes allow me to help everyone to work to get even better results.

Regarding my dedication, I have told you about God first, so every decision I make is what God has in plan for me today. God sent me to touch those in real estate and those in my life. Almost every customer becomes friends and family. Speaking of family, I treat my customers like family. I am always trying to look out for their best interests. I have talked about how I am willing to drive 6 hours away to get to the property my customers want to live in or grow their business. Using every transaction as a learning experience helps me think outside the box for my customers.
