Anastasia Colt

Born in New York and raised in Park City, Utah, Anastasia made a move to the beautiful island of Maui in 2005 to satisfy her love for both mountains and the ocean. She hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah. She started her real estate career in 2012 and joined the team at Hawaii Life in 2016. Since then, Anastasia successfully closed more than 40 transactions for her clients, while managing the accounting and marketing for Thompson Stonework and Stone Source Hawaii, their two family businesses.

Maui is a great place to raise a family, live, and work. It is also a unique marketplace with properties suited for homeowners and real estate investors at every price point and budget. Knowing the market and having good relationships with other agents has been instrumental in helping her clients find their perfect home, often before properties even come to market.

Anastasia is dedicated to providing excellent service by getting to know her clients and learning what is most important to them in their home search on Maui. Closely studying the market helps her to better serve each client’s unique needs.
