We couldn’t be happier with the job Anca did selling our home. From prepping the home to closing escrow, she advised us on every detail. She was very knowledgeable about current market conditions and helped us adjust our expectations accordingly. Anca answered every question we had and just took much of the stress out of the whole process. And most importantly, she sold the home quickly at the highest price our neighborhood had ever seen. I am so happy to work with Anca again to sell my condo.
I bought the lovely condo with Anca. Purchasing was stress-free and seamless. I had no doubt about her service and I already knew that she could provide the best service as possible. Once again, she did a great job! It was beyond my expectation.
Due to the new job and relocation, I was bit stressed but I didn’t need to worry about a single thing because she took care of everything regardless of small or big issues. She understood what I needed and could do anything for me and the entire process. She worked with the buyer agent closely to close escrow on time because this was the most important thing for me. Due to last min surprises by the lender, the buyer and I were worried about closing at the last minute but Anca handled it very well and resolved the issue immediately. We didn’t run into any issues. My condo was sold for the record sales price. I was so lucky to find her and to work with her for buying and selling.
I am confident that Anca is the best realtor!! She is the rock star and everyone should work with her.

We sold our home and purchased another one during the peak of sellers' market in San Diego in a three escrow transaction that would stress out anyone else I know but Anca was fantastic during the process! She was on top of things and she helped keep all things track. She is highly professional, very skilled and seasoned, and always up to speed on market trends. Highly recommend her.

I can't say enough positive things about Anca. I'm so lucky to have had her by my side throughout the sale of my home. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced, and walked me through every aspect of my transaction, from prepping for the first open house, to reviewing offers, to escrow information, to close. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she has a plan prepared for every scenario that could arise. I felt so confident in her ability to manage my sale, and protect my best interest throughout the whole process. I felt like I've also made a friend who managed to make the whole experience fun, even in stressful moments. She also helped me to purchase my next home, and even though we got into a bidding war situation, she knew how to make my offer the strongest and most valuable to the sellers...while still staying within my budget. Can't believe we came out on top and my offer was accepted over all the others. Best Realtor I have ever worked with!
