Capitalizing on his experience gained in office leasing and sales since 1976, Mr. Bell believes in a full service approach to the needs of his clients. The client relationship begins with building trust over a period of time through continued follow-up. Whether it''s the principal in a local firm or the head of a corporate real estate department, the client is looking for someone who is knowledgeable and reliable.
Through relationships with such clients as Hilton Hotels Corporation and Kelly Services, Inc., Mr. Bell maintains an active involvement in assisting in corporate real estate decisions and in implementing successful planning of the firms'' changing real estate needs. He has represented such firms as Trust Company Bank (SunTrust), Resolution Trust Corporation, ITT Consumer Financial and National Bank for Cooperatives.
He has represented both local and national firms in office property sales, purchases, and leases. Although his primary market concentration remains in Atlanta, Mr. Bell has traveled throughout the southeast, meeting with tenants and landlords, and thus gaining an overview of the southeastern United States market.
As a founding partner of his prior firm, Wesley, Bell & Sellers, Mr. Bell helped the firm achieve listings of over one million square feet of Class A office space within its first two years of operation. Much of that success is attributed to the "team marketing" concept that Mr. Bell helped create.
Mr. Bell believes in continued education evidenced by his designation of CCIM, a designation held by only 5% of active commercial real estate brokers in the United States. Active in both civic and professional organizations Mr. Bell serves, or has served on the following:

Mr. Bell was named the Outstanding Realtor Associate of the Atlanta Board of Realtors for 1984, bringing the honor for the second year in a row to his prior firm. He is a life-time member of the Atlanta Board''s Million Dollar club. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Bell holds a BBA degree in Real Estate Finance with concentrations on Property Valuation and Urban Development. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Bell resides in Northwest Atlanta with his wife and three children.
