When buying or selling a home, you should never have to question whether your realtor is knowledgeable and competent, and I really lucked out with Andi.

I no longer live in Oklahoma City, but I just sold my Block 42 home downtown with Andi's guidance. He took care of everything from start to finish and streamlined the experience to be stress-free. Also very importantly, he offers valuable insights and suggestions that are rooted in his experience of buying/selling all of Downtown OKC for the last 20 years.

As for vibes, he's realistic and transparent if you ask for his thoughts, yet his demeanor is so kind and calming, so you feel like you're consulting a trusted mentor or friend. Trusting someone to help you buy/sell something expensive (and sometimes emotional) is difficult, but in case you cannot tell, I can't recommend Andi enough. You'll be thankful and grateful that you chose him.

Great guy, helped us look for a house based on our requirements and as he spent time with us, he kind of figured out gradually what we were looking for! It was difficult to chose from the last 4-5 houses he showed us since almost all met our expectations. Andi is polite, professional and definitely goes an extra mile to help people find their home!

An added plus is he would give you an approximate estimate of certain upgrades you would consider for any house - helps in financial planning!

Andi Bytyqi as agent of the Verbode group was great as he guided me to successfully market my home recently. His extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market was greatly appreciated from his general business contacts to develop comparable home prices, pictures for listing, and final closure of sale. This was all accomplished when personal contact was very limited by the virus limitations. I highly recommend Andi for all Real Estate dealings.
