Andi has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2009, following a 30-plus-year career in education. A Pepperdine University, Malibu graduate, she also holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology, a School Counseling Credential, and an Administrative Services Credential. She retired as a high school administrator, bringing her deep experience in communication, leadership, and counseling into the real estate profession.
A proven industry leader, Andi served as the 2017 President of the Palm Springs/Desert Cities Network of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is a long-standing member of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® (CDAR). She has served six years as a Director and chaired numerous committees, most recently leading both the Scholarship and Scholarship Events Committees. Her service has earned her the CDAR President’s Award in 2022 and 2023 and the 2024 REALTOR of the YEAR Award.
She is in her third year as a State Director with the California Association of REALTORS®, representing her association and region at the state level. Andi also stays deeply connected to the community through her involvement with the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Leaders Forum, and the Girlfriend Factor.
Consistently, along with Business partner Susan Marshall. Andi has been among the top-producing agents in her Keller Williams, La Quinta Market Center. Andi’s foundation in education, paired with her passion for service and leadership, makes her a trusted, knowledgeable force in real estate.
Susan is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with deep roots in the industry and a passion for helping clients navigate every kind of market. With hundreds of successful transactions since launching her career in 1979, she brings unmatched experience and calm confidence to every deal.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Susan moved to San Diego in the early ’80s, earning her Broker’s license in 1995, and has proudly called the Coachella Valley home since 2011.
A respected industry leader, Susan served as President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS® in 2002 and President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (1997–1998). She has been a California Association of REALTORS® State Director since 1997, actively leading and chairing key committees. She served as the 2024 President of the California Desert Association of REALTORS® (CDAR).
Susan is also involved in the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Indio Women’s Club and continues her commitment to professional excellence through the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
In 2015, Susan and business partner Andi Mallen co-founded the Mallen and Marshall Team, which has since become one of the top-producing teams at Keller Williams Realty, La Quinta. The team specializes in residential real estate throughout the Coachella Valley.
