Andre Gutierrez

Andre Gutierrez has been in the business for 14 years, and is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, which puts him in a unique position to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients when competing interests are at play. Andre is also a former President and Vice President of the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He works primarily by referral and is fluent in Spanish. Andre is also a VDHA state certified instructor regularly teaches classes for first time home buyers, sponsored by the Virginia Housing Development Authority. He is extremely passionate about giving back to the community, and education. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and four kids, coaching soccer, or playing soccer.
