Andre is the man. He's reasonable, not pushy, doesn't pry into your finances, does ask weird questions like "oh you don't have 60k in excess capital". And listen, he will fight for you to get that place. The seller agent was insane and very mean/rude. I ain't gonna say what he said to her but I got my place and I was taken care of, exceptionally. Great dude.

I worked with Andre recently on a transaction and can confidently say that he is a thorough professional and is very prompt and responsive.
