All throughout my 20 year career with the Department of Corrections Real Estate was always my real passion and I just couldn't wait to retire.

I first received my Real Estate License in 1994 where I was a very successful part time agent with over 100 closed sales.

When I finally Retired in 2004, I went into Real Estate Full time. Shortly thereafter, I perfected all aspects of the Real Estate business including Real Estate investing, Real Estate Sales, and Creative Seller Financing.
