About Andrea

I've always had a passion for real estate, even though it wasn't my first career. When buying my first home, I found the entire process fascinating -- from house hunting to closing. I left a large international brokerage firm to work with a smaller boutique real estate agency, in order to better serve my community and the people who live in it. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, but it can also be stressful. It's particularly stressful for first-timers and those who have a short timeline. I know this firsthand, because I've been there myself. That's why I work extra hard to keep my clients informed, and to make the process as smooth as possible.

Amy is one of the most selfless people that I have ever met. I cannot recommend her enough! As a single mom purchasing my first house in a competitive market, I had low expectations to actually buy. I had spoken to Amy a year prior but sadly due to a complicated divorce, I had to halt purchasing a home. Amy never pressured me, never made me feel bad for needing to do what was best for the kids and myself. I even received a Christmas card from her! Needlessly to say, when we began looking again, I turned to her.

I had previously had bad experiences with relators who were pressuring me to purchase a house over my budget. One realtor even told me, “just get a second job.” The house that a previous relator was pushing was hideous and a nightmare bidding war in any attempt to get a roof over our head.

When I shared my concerns with Amy, she reassured me the market does have houses for around our price range. She encouraged me to only purchase within my comfort and I never felt a alternative motive of a higher commission for a higher sell, was ever in her motives of mind. Amy is too pure of a soul for that. She truly loves what she does for a living and you can tell in her passion, drive and skills.

Her pure heart gained my absolute trust which is essential to have while navigating an often-overwhelming process. Amy made it simple and when she knew I was feeling nervous (singing documents or negotiating with the HOA) she went above and beyond to be there, show up and advocate for me!

The home she found us was a dream. It’s perfect for us. She was priceless when the house appraised for 12k less. I thought the house was not going to happen. This market is impossible for asking the seller to negotiate or come lower in pricing. She jumped into action, negotiated with the seller and SAVED us that difference by using her people skills, clear communication and going above and beyond for the seller. The seller loved Amy which ended up blessing us when the dream home closed for a steal!

I always felt reassured in our conversations. I never felt like a question was a dumb one. She always answered my calls and was by my side from the first walk through to the keys in my hands. Even after the move, she reached out to the seller for questions I had in regards to the garage opener. I highly recommend Amy and if you trust her in finding you the perfect home, it will be the best decision you could make!

Andrea did an absolutely amazing job supporting us throughout the entire process. She carefully guided us since the beginning through all the steps required to sell and purchase our home (in the midst of this crazy market!). This process can be very complex and overwhelming, but with her knowledge and guidance, we were able to get what we wanted without much trouble. She ended up being much more than our realtor for us, but also a friend.
I would definitely recommend Andrea!

Andrea was so much fun to work with and made my house hunting so much less stressful. I only had a couple days to look at houses in person with Andrea because I was moving from the east coast. During that time, Andrea got to know exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a house that she took me on a virtual walk-through of & I couldn’t be happier with it!
