About Andrea

I was born in San Diego, CA. where my father was stationed as a Marine. My family and I
moved to Arkansas when I was 5 and I'm now a current resident of the North Little Rock
area for over 40 years. I began my real estate journey in 2006 when I purchased my first
investment property. I successfully received my real estate license in March 2007, and my
passion for real estate has been thriving since. I’ve closed hundreds of real estate
transactions and continue to market a wide variety of many listings throughout the Central
Arkansas area. My production is at a top-notch level earning awards every year. I take my
Real Estate profession even further by routinely attending continuing education courses. I
have so far successfully earned designations/certifications for GRI (Graduate Realtor
Institute), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Adviser), RENE
(Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), LUXE (Luxury
Listing Specialist), E-Pro, and MRP (Military Relocation Professional). My professional
experience with my clients is flawless. Friendly, dedicated, hard-working, and patient, this
is what I stand for. My accomplishments and my client's happiness are what I love and what
drive me to be the best I can be. I stay active in the Real Estate community serving on the
North Pulaski Board as 2015 President and 2016 Immediate Past President, CARMLS Board
from 2012-2015, in addition to currently serving on several other committees on a local and
state level. One of my passions is that I am a proud supporter of the Arkansas Freedom
Fund. A 501c3 charity designed to support Arkansas veterans recover and rehabilitate from
injuries sustained from the military. I’m a Realtor and an Executive Broker at LPT Realty with
over 19 years of exceptional service to this industry and my clients.

Andrea's an irreplaceable diamond!!
You need her, 100%A+ and beyond. Years ago, she swiftly and smoothly handled all of my first-time, house-hunting questions, and she expertly calmed my financial fears. She explained everything start to finish. Years later, Andrea still exceeds all of my expectations, anticipates my needs, and expertly guides my house-selling. This is a realtor with a love for listening, a goal-oriented realism, and an excellent communicator who keeps her word. You need to manually sign that document by 2pm?-She gets it to you. You need something re-measured for a project quote?- She's outside with a measuring tape. Andrea is all of these: quality, accurate, competent, consistent, ethical, professional, serving, kind, creative, and unequivocal.
