About Andrea

Real Estate has been my passion for 42 years. I have been a Broker for 41 years, having been a partner in a firm in New York for ten years and owning and managing my business in Florida. It is one of the biggest investments that most people ever make. With my experience and work ethic, I will be with you every step of the way.

To strengthen my background, I have taken the full set of appraisal courses and did an apprenticeship in appraisal work. I have also taken the CAM courses. My primary areas are Englewood, Rotonda West, Cape Haze, Venice, Port Charlotte and North Port. I also cooperate with realtors from other areas on a referral basis.

She is a member of the Englewood Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Englewood Cape Haze Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Administration. She achieved the Exceptional Realtor Award from the Women's Council of Realtors eight years in a row.

She has served three terms on the Board of Directors of the Englewood Beach Villa Association, along with chairing several committees. She also served on the South Manasota Key Advisory Committee for eight years, including being Chairman of the Committee for two years.

One final note: she has been coming to Englewood since the 70's and watched it grow and develop. She loves this area and enjoys sharing it with newcomers looking to reside in PARADISE!
