About Andrea

Andrea is a Kentucky native and full-time real estate professional. Before entering the real estate world, she attended graduate school, obtaining her degree in Master of Business Administration.

Andrea started as a property manager and then began investing in real estate. This inspired her passion for all things real estate. Currently, Andrea owns and manages a real estate portfolio of just under 4.3 million dollars. Her team is responsible for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties valued at just under nine million dollars.

As a realtor, she strives every day to exceed clients’ expectations. Her entire business is based on forming life-long client relations with a focus on positive referrals. Her number one goal is to make the selling, buying, and investing process fun, easy, and stress-free. Real estate is her full-time career where she “delivers dreams” to clients.

Currently, her team consists of an executive assistant and full-time maintenance crew(s). Her team assists in selling, buying, and working with investors. Coughtry Enterprises is well equipped to handle everything from the first-time home buyer to distressed sales and of course commercial and residential investors.

When she is not assisting real estate clients or investing in deals, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog named Biscuit. She also enjoys working out, creating craft cocktails, and cooking with her family. Currently, Andrea is a board member for Baby Health Services and a member of the Junior League of Lexington.
