Luxe Monarch Realty founder Andrea Elliott can’t think of anything she would rather do than help Texas buyers and sellers make smart real estate decisions. But if she had to choose something, it would be building relationships. In fact, many of her client relationships have become multigenerational, and the bulk of her business has been coming through repeat clients and referrals for decades.

Andrea has been in the real estate industry for most of her professional life, and she’s worked all over the great state of Texas. Her career started at a national development company in Downtown Dallas. Then she moved up north to work for the developer of Las Colinas. After that, she moved to Houston, where she worked as an escrow officer and branch manager for a national title company. Those experiences gave Andrea an understanding of the ins and outs of the contract and taught her the importance of educating her clients. This is also where she honed her exceptional customer service skills and gained the wide-ranging experience she uses to serve her clients today.
