Andrea helped me sell my house and buy a condo. After living there 35 years, downsizing was necessary. That was a huge challenge. But Andrea had contacts for everything: decorator, painter, contractors, junk removal, etc. She guided me and helped make it all possible. You can't go wrong with Andrea! She was fantastic when she sold our home. Her staging was on point, she takes beautiful pictures, and her advice and support genuine. It was thanks to her (our second realtor, as our first wasn't working for us) our home sold as quickly as it did. She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the process as easy as it can be. I highly recommend her and if we ever move again, will definitely utilize her services.

I really didn't think that another location would be right for me but after taking time to listen to my overall dream, she recommended Lowes Island where I found my dream home.
