Licensed in 1995 , So over 30 years experience in the greater Nashville area and surrounding counties. I have worked alot of new construction sitting on site building with builders from the ground up. I love this from picking brick selections, to paint colors and lighting, Hardwood stains! So exciting! I also love holding a new buyers hand through the home buying process. (Getting the Mortgage lined up and pre-approval letter is the toughest part). Andrea helped me find my house in 2006. We found it on the first day, maybe house #4 that we looked at the first day. I needed to find specific storage needs such as having a finished basement & garage, so she had them already picked out for me. It was a quick & easy buy, as financing was easier back then. She's real honest & down to earth. Most of my family have also used her house finding skills. She helped me get painters scheduled & hard wood floors refinished before I even moved, so that it was perfectly prepared & ready for move in. I'm recently married, so we are using Andrea again on our search for our new house in Nashville. David Spicher
