Andrea Lutz

Throughout her professional career, Andrea Lutz has worked in interior, event, floral and graphic design. Now, specializing in residential real estate, she uses this design expertise to stage and market homes to get her clients the best return on their investment.

With an entrepreneurial background, Andrea is well versed in business negotiations, project management, and customer service.

Andrea remains connected to the community through her volunteer work. Currently, she assists the Sycamore Land Trust by being a member of the Sycamore Fund Development Committee and is on the Board of the Cardinal Stage Company and Chair of the Cardinal Marketing Committee.
