We worked with Andrea for over 2 years to find our dream space in Manzanita. Through the pandemic, through zero inventory, through a crazy market - she kept us informed, set our expectations well and provided level-headed guidance on the local details of the market.

When the right house came on she was extremely responsive to the required tight timeframe, communicated clearly, provided solid guidance through the offer process and was almost as thrilled as we were when our offer was accepted!

Great remote purchase experience
Andrea and her team helped us buy a house in Manzanita in a tight timeline and complicated scenario (we were out of town and couldn’t visit easily). She helped us pre-inspect, see the property in detail via a video call, negotiate, and ultimately be the winning bid in a very competitive market. She then helped us get to close without a hitch! We highly recommend her!

Andrea is the best! Even though we didn’t buy a house through Andrea, due to moving to the mid-west, she was tireless in her search for a coastal house for us. She sent emails with our specific search, as well as meeting with us to view homes when we were in the area. Always with a smile and encouraging word that we would find something we loved. Honest, truthful, and knowledgeable, we knew we could trust her. Had we decided to stay in Oregon, I’m quite certain Andrea would have successfully united us with our dream home. She’s that good. This is our 4th transaction with Andrea and they have all gone swimmingly well. She sold 3 properties (all getting ask price or really close) and worked a land purchase transaction. She is one of those dying breed of people who actually answer the phone or text when you call. Imagine that! If she doesn't answer immediately she tells you when she can get to it. She communicates often and is on the ball on the process. She is also very flexible. Always my first call when I need to sell at the coast ! Highly recommended....

When we reached out to Andrea, we got a response right away and were able to schedule a time to talk. When there were houses we were interested in, Andrea made herself available for virtual tours with us!
