We wouldn’t have gotten our dream home if it wasn’t for Andrea! After looking at what felt like 100 homes we finally came across a home we dreamed of. We left the property and put in an offer but later found out they took another offer before ours we got discouraged. Andrea saw the house went back on the market a few weeks later and immediately called us and sprung into action. She gave us advice on how to make our offer stand out compared to the others and it worked! As first time home buyers it was nerve wracking but Andrea answered all our questions and walked us through every step of the process! She was professional every step of the way and made the buying process exciting. We’re so glad we used her!

There are realtors and there are real estate agents. What sets the two apart, is the higher level of standards realtors are held at. Before I get to my testimonial, I must give you some background on myself. I believe things happen for a reason and not by chance. There is meaning behind every encounter and how we choose to utilize that encounter can determine our next move. With that said, I encountered Andrea Morice not by accident but fate. I inquired the status of a property for rent near my area. During our discussion, Andrea took note as to my fears and concerns about home ownership. Initially I was skeptical, I have never worked with a realtor, let alone one that was so eager to learn about what I wanted and needed. Because so many people were depending on me to make the right decision, I was referred to another real estate agency as a backup. I was told so many wonderful things about the agents there. IMMEDIATLEY, I recognized the difference between a realtor and a real estate agent! During that time I received DAILY emails from Andrea in regards to properties that suited our needs. The other agency sent me listings of properties THEY wanted us to have and not what was requested. In that moment I knew WHERE we needed to be and WHO our realtor was! Through our entire process Andrea maintained a professionalism that is rare within the realty industry. Rainy days, hot days, cold days and questionable days she was always willing to go out hunting properties with me. There were moments when I thought we would never find what we wanted or the price would not be within our range. I was ALWAYS reassured by Andrea our "Forever Home" was on the way!. I could go on for days telling you how wonderful she is. I could tell you about her dedication, tenacity, attention to detail, level of knowledge and communication skills. I could tell you she cares about the individuals she services and takes their needs at times before her own. I could tell you story after story, but in the end I CAN and WILL say this; Andrea Morice is not only and OUSTANDING Realtor she is an incredible human being! Together we found my families "Forever Home" and we couldn't be more elated!
