We met Andrea originally when we moved to Tennessee and needed to find a rental. Andrea found us one in ONE day, and we were out of state. She was amazing with communication and sent us videos and helped us so much. We knew we were going to be buying a house, but didn’t know when. After a bit, we were ready to buy. We knew we were going to use Andrea because of how amazing she was with our rental. After dragging Andrea all over the Nashville metro area, she got us our new house! She worked so hard in finding it and her communication was (and is) exceptional. She had so many recommendations and she has such a good eye for detail. Through every step of the way, Andrea was amazing. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. She is incredible. I know everyone says they have a great realtor, but Andrea really knows her stuff.

My fiancé and I just closed on our new-build home, and loved working with Andrea! I found Andrea on Facebook. I posted a comment that we were looking to relocate Middle TN area in the next 6 to 12 months. Out of all the agents only 2 reached out to me. Andrea was one of them and she set up a personalized home search for us. We were initially going to rent and ended up buying a home. Andrea and her Flamingo Team are very professional, great at follow up, and has the real estate experience to guide you on your next home purchase. Since we were out of state, Andrea made several trips to our new home during final stages of construction, spent time take pictures and videos to share with us.

We were looking for a rental, as my husband got transferred to Tennessee. We’ve had such a difficult time finding a place—or landlords even giving us the time of day. Being out of state, we haven’t had the time to actually go visit rentals. Andrea reached out to me after I had posted on a mutual group and could not have been more helpful. Not even a day later, she drove to a rental to take videos for us—a rental SHE found!! We ended up applying that day, and we’re still waiting on an answer. That being said, Andrea is FANTASTIC. She is so detail oriented and so caring. We 100% will be using her as our realtor to buy a house once this market calms down. Definitely so blessed to have found her!

Andrea has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was helpful and offered to drive by and even filmed homes for us while we looked for houses from a distance. We couldn’t believe she was willing to show us the 20 or more homes we asked to see in the two short days we were out from CA. She even added some more on to our trip. We so appreciated her honesty when she called us to warn us about a home that had water intrusion. Her familial knowledge about how homes are built really came in handy as we had to make a tough decision not to buy a home that was beautiful but had builder defects. In the end and just in the perfect timing she found us the ideal home and neighborhood. We are so grateful and look forward to working with her for our next purchase. We have recommended her to friends and would recommend her to anyone and especially people who are looking to buy from a distance.

My family and I were making a big move to Tennessee. We were moving for a job and knew no one here nor the area. We were connected with Andrea and I am beyond grateful for her. She provided us with accurate and helpful information about the best locations to look at for our family needs. Before driving to a bunch of houses she listened to our needs and desires in a home and only showed us properties within that criteria and never beyond our financial cap. Once we narrowed down our top picks she quickly booked showings so we were one of the first people to see the home and during these showings we had a lot of fun. She took all the stress out of home buying as she knew what to look for when we got there so time was not wasted. She never pressured us and always gave us space when it was time for my husband and I to talk. She was amazing with our two young children as she hid Easter eggs in each home for our children to have fun which made the whole process so much easier. Andrea is a go getter and really knows her stuff when it comes to finding a good home. She helped us find our dream home and is now helping my mom close on a house near by.
