Andrea Payer

Born and raised in lower Michigan, I moved to Minnesota shortly after marrying my husband. As the years went by, those Midwest winters became longer and colder so the decision to head to the Sunshine State was an easy one.

Coming from a dental background where compassion, attention to detail and impeccable customer service is key, assisting and caring for others has been and continues to be my passion. Having had personal experience with multiple moves, I learned that selling and purchasing a home is an extremely exciting event that can also be complex, emotional and overwhelming. My desire to help others navigate through the process as seamlessly as possible was the driving force that led me to become a full time real estate agent.

I bring an unsurpassed level of honesty, integrity and diligence to the table and will work tirelessly in helping my customers purchase and/or sell their home! I believe in listening to my customers needs and concerns, outlining what to expect, preparing them for any challenges that may arise and providing education and guidance along the way. My ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations while building trust and lifelong relationships during the home buying and/or selling adventure. And to have fun doing it!

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. You’ll often find me fishing, swimming, traveling, volunteering at church or just taking in the sun, sand and palm trees with a pedicure sprinkled in here and there.
