Hello, my name is Andrea Peters and I am a full time REALTOR® with over 17 years of experience. I am dedicated to providing all of my clients up to date knowledge of the current market, competency using the latest industry technology & innovations, superior transaction management skills, and an unparalledled level of communication. My focus is on each client and their specific real estate needs. I am a solo agent specializing in residential sales and I am licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Whether I am advsing Sellers on how to prepare their home for sale or helping Buyers determine their wants vs. must haves, I am always grateful for the opportunity to assist in the process. In addition to my long & successful career, where learning by doing has led me to understand both sides of a transaction, it is always my goal to learn 1 new thing during each transaction that will help me advise & advocate for future clients. Also, my personal experiences selling, buying, & moving has helped shape how I listen, market, & negotiate for my Buyer and Seller clients.

I excel at helping folks relocate here from other states, helping first time home buyers win the bid in any market, and advising seller clients to confidently help them get top dollar for their home in an efficent, timely manner. I have additional expertise working with Veterans and a keen understanding of the luxury home market. My goal is always to provide pertinent information and rigorous attention to detail, and I take great pride in helping all my clients make informed, knowledgeable decisions focusing on what is important to them.

A native of North Andover, MA I raised my family primarily in Windham, NH and was actively involved in the community, schools, and sports organizations. I'm currently loving living on a lake in Hampstead, NH and when not working I enjoy walking/hiking with my two dogs, cooking, yoga, & spending time with family and friends. I am the proud "Andy" of three amazing grandchildren and I take great care to stay healthy & active in order to be part of their lives for years to come.
