About Andrea

My real estate career started in downtown Chicago in 2001. I primarily sold condos, town homes, boat slips and parking spaces. In 2010, I moved to southern Illinois where my husband and I purchased a home in O'Fallon. I joined Strano & Assoc. where I successfully closed sales for both buyers and seller. In 2009, I was certified in Short Sales & Foreclosures(SFR). I am USAA certified and received my (MRP)Military Relocation Professional certification in 2016. In 2018 I received a certification for (PSA)Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA. I work with many relocation companies and love working with first-time homebuyers! I moved my business to RE/MAX Signature Properties in 2019 and look forward to all RE/MAX has to offer us and YOU!! I am part of a hard-working team of professionals too! I met Ms. Picchietti in 2014 when my wife and I decided to buy a larger home. Her expertise in handling the sale went so well that we decided to use her services to sell our other home. Ms. Picchietti worked very hard to set things up at the house, held multiple open houses and guided us through the selling process. We sold the house and still occasionally here from Ms. Picchietti for follow up. She is the ultimate professional and has a very nice personality too.
