From the beginning of my buying process to the end at closing she was there every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about each process and had a wealth of contacts to go to for health. She knew the market and area like the back of her hand. Andrea is what an agent is supposed to be during a difficult process. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

07/30/2016 - vadams 53 My family and I absolutely LOVED the help we received from Andrea! She helped us find the PERFECT home for us! Having 2 small children of our own, she understood our hectic schedule and was always willing to work around it. Whenever we had a question/concern, she always responded within a timely manner and was always honest with us! She was even sweet enough to have some toys for our daughter to play with whenever we had to meet her at her office to go over paperwork. I would definitely recommend Andrea to anybody needing to purchase a home!!

She was able to provide any information I needed on comps in the area or information on any potential home. From the time we signed the contract even through closing, Andrea offered to help with anything needed, even offering to sit and wait for furniture to be delivered. 04/18/2016 - zuser20140630135545968 Buying a house can be very stressful. I've been through it several times before, and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to the process. I recently moved across the country for work, and up until my now, I have always worked with a very good friend who happened to be a realtor when buying and selling homes. Since I had moved, I didn't have that option, and I was nervous. Thankfully, I met Andrea Staples! From the very first moment, Andrea was committed to making my experience a positive one, saying that she wanted me to love the house I ended up with. During the search, she was always available to answer any questions, and she went above and beyond to ensure I saw every home in which was interested. She was always prepared, and I never felt that she had anything but my best interests in mind. Once I found THE house, Andrea was with me the entire way, making sure that I got the best deal I could and felt good about the purchase. She set everything up and always called to check-in to see if I needed anything. She was, in a word, incredible. This has been one of the smoothest home purchases I have ever experienced, and a lot of that had to do with Andrea. I can't recommend her enough.

05/02/2015 - motormaniii Andrea took control of my property and sold it! This property was a challenging sell due to the location but she took it on and got it done. Andrea took the I will take care of everything approach leaving me to do very little with the exception of signing paperwork. She coordinated repairs, facilitated painting, picked out fixtures and made sure the house was cleaned and prepped for showing. The best part was it was only on the market 18 days. I could not be more satisfied with the results.

Recently we moved from Pittsburgh to Fredericksburg. Fortunately we choose Andrea Staples to be our RE representative. Her approach and professional abilities enabled us to experience a smooth transition into our new home. She was friendly , knowledgeable, extremely cordial and accommodating throughout the entire experience. We purchased new construction, at Celebrate/Del Webb. Andrea was well versed concerning the different models/units available and all the stages required by the builder, as well as all the benefits offered in the community. From the early stages of searching out the area, and through the purchase of our new home, she provided a seamless transition for us. She is very knowledgeable with her trade and very familiar with the area and the market details of how to get prospective clients to see the property. One thing I like about Andrea is her timeliness in responding to your calls and how quickly she is able to accomplish what needs to be done. One example is how quickly she was a able to get me the help locally that I badly needed to get the home ready , i.e, cleaning and few handyman work that needed to be done. Finally, I have to say the ease of the paper work was not only fast and professional , but were very detail that all parties were very satisfied and will gladly work with Andrea again and will refer her services to my family and friends.
