Andrea Sunseri

Andrea P. Sunseri, licensed since 1977, has devoted over half of her life assisting buyers and sellers in the Galveston market. Born on the Island, Andrea's has knowledge of the Galveston community, from east to west. She has worked with hundreds of clients, and completes 55-65 transactions per year, which makes her one of top Realtor in Galveston.
Andrea continues to attend seminars and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate profession. In this pursuit, Andrea completed classes to attain several designations.
She is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She also completed a course that taught the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line to obtain the National Association of REALTORS® e-PRO certification.
Andrea has been honored as 1996 and 2007 GAR REALTOR® of the Year, 2009 GAR Outstanding Service Award. She was elected by Texas Monthly as a “Five Star Professional” in 2011 – 2018, Best Realtor for the Galveston News 2015, 2017 & 2018 and Best Realtor-Galveston.com awards in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
Her community involvement included City of Galveston Zoning Board of Adjustments, Planning Committee & Charter Review Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, Ronald McDonald House, Galveston Children's Home, Junior League of Galveston County, Galveston College Foundation and Hospice of Galveston County. She served as President of the Campeche Cove Homeowners' Association, Galveston Country Club Women’s Association and The1894 Grand Opera House. Andrea is also a founding member of the Peter Andrew Sunseri Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Some of Andrea’s community honors include Junior League of Galveston County Sustainer of the Year, Hospice Care Team’s one of three community Leader Honorees and one of the three Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce 2018 Women of the Year.
Andrea and Carroll have been married since 1963. Both BOIs, they have two daughters, Carolyn L. Sunseri, and Stephanie S. Doyle who is married to former Galveston County Commissioner Patrick Doyle. They have a late son, Peter A. Sunseri. Their family also includes four grandchildren: Allie, Shannon, Thomas and Andrew.
