Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Yates migrated to Los Angeles, California where she has been a long time resident. A UCLA Alum, she studied law, business, economics, architecture, and design. Driven in life and business, prior to her foray into real estate, Yates travelled extensively abroad, was an international model, racing Formula race cars, and creating a huge marketing brand for a large Beverly Hills law firm that she managed as well as negotiated thousands of cases where she mastered the art of negotiation, branding, marketing and advertising.
Yates also enjoys spending time with her family, travellig, as well as being actively involved in children’s education, special education development, autism awareness and animal charities.
