Andrei helped us find our new home. The transaction wasn't easy nor straightforward, but Andrei helped us navigate the process while being patient and offered a wealth of knowledge.

He understood pretty quickly what we were looking for, even before we were able to verbalize it. He has been patient with all our questions about all the places we've looked at and helped up navigate to the right house.

He solved many issues along the way, from setting up appropriate inspections on short notice to having a list of contacts for various problems/issues that needed to be solved.

He had been patient through the highs and lows of the emotional rollercoaster of trying to find a new place, getting it under the contract through closing.

Andrei is a pleasure to work with. He is professional and proactive. I’m sure he has a lot of customers but when we spoke, I felt like his only one, he was always on top of all the details. I’m addition, he had a great local network of professionals to refer me ti when I needed a handyman and lawyer. He was looking out for my best interest and gave me great advice. Andrei Balaj is an incredible real estate professional! I know Andrei for a long time. He is very kind, extremely reliable and honest. Andrei has been helping me to rent my home out for the last 5+ years. Whenever I reached out his response time was super quick. He managed the needed repairs and upgrades to the property. Always provided good advice. He was prompt in all communication coordinates. Andrei’s management skills were a crucial factor for me to continue to rent my home out. He stood on top of everything. I was very happy with him. He made me feel like I had a best friend by my side. And in January 2022 Andrei helped me to sell my house. Andrei Balaj and his team are knowledgable professionals with a wealth of local knowledge. Andrei helped with five transactions over the years three sales and two buys.

I never felt pressured in these transactions and felt that he operated with our best interest in mind. Andrei also assisted us with a sale that required significant refurbishment of the property by helping provide qualified and cost effective contractors. The property was upgraded and sold on time and for a great price.

My wife and I started working with Andrei to find our dream house in the fall of 2021, he even helped me find a great realtor in Atlanta when we wanted to sell our property in the summer of 2021. He really helped us narrow down what was important to us in a house and helped us find exactly wha we were looking for, even in a crazy market. He’s passionate about helping his clients. He’s also one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met. The expectation for a realtor is that they will help you find a home take you on showings and walk you through the closing process but Andrei goes above and beyond in all of these steps to help you feel confident and find the perfect house. A prime example of this is Andrei‘s letter to the seller explaining our situation and even helping to suggest negotiating tactics outside of price to help the purchase process along and work in our favor.

I just bought my first income property with the help of Andrei Balaj and his team at Balaj Realty Group. Andrei has made our dream come true in a matter of months. He knew exactly what we were looking for! He is the most experienced and professional agent we’ve worked with, and went above and beyond to make sure that the process went smoothly.
We love our home! We moved from living in a one bedroom condo to having now 2000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1/3 of an acre of land abutting the golf course.

Andrei has became family, he helped my wife and I find our first place, then after three year's we moved again, and although it took quite a few places to finally find the perfect house for us. Andrei was so helpful and always available even at last minutes notice to go look at something. His communication (even when out of the country) was awesome. There are so many great things to be said of Andrei Balaj, the main ones I would like to highlight are his dedication, and patience. Andrei worked with us for six years looking at home after home keeping us hopeful until we found “the one”. He listened to our wants and needs and stuck by us through it all when others would have just given up. Because honestly, most realtors just want to get in get out and cut the deal.
