Zero to offer acceptance in 12 Hours!!!
It was crazy awesome working w/ Andrei and his team to successfully place an offer, win it and eventually close the home, all on time!
We had no research done and no finances ready as we encountered our new home by chance. After frantically reaching out to and meeting Andrei at 6pm, he was available almost immediately to meet at the property and take it forward thereafter. We quickly pulled together a small team lender included to put in the offer 'overnight' and placed our offer by 9am and got accepted by 10am. Thereafter, Andrei was available at all times, for all questions and had answers to them all. When we were having potential closing delays due to certain lender criteria - Andrei came through by closely working w/ the city, the selling agent and lender. It wasn't easy and smooth but Andrei's focus on the task, his attitude towards delivery, patience and smile, helped us get through a fairly tough, unexpected and unplanned journey. I'd pick Andrei any day over other agents.

Andrei is the best agent I've ever had. He is a closer! Andrei understands the market like no one I've ever worked with before. I felt like he truly understood our needs and put it into action. His negotiation skills are superb by making our offers unique and attractive. One characteristic that is above making a quick sale is that Andrei wants to build long lasting relationship with his clients...meaning, Andrei is not just trying to make the sales happen he makes every effort to understand each and every offer to ensure a realistic market value. He truly was my sounding board - always available, endless calls and texts, etc. needless to say, collaboration was (and still is) high with Andrei. definitely be using Andrei in future projects.
