I am a Casino Manager from Las Vegas, so I do not have much time and when I do have time, its tough to work around. I was looking for an agent that could help me sell 40 acres in South West Kendall. Fortunately I called Andres first as he was highly recommended by a good friend. He researched other properties of like kin and priced it accordingly. As we moved through some complex issues with the title. Andres worked with the escrow company and the county to correct the problem. Every state has different laws for real estate and Andres kept me up to date on them. Not only is Andres a true professional but he sold the property higher than list price. Now we are looking a really nice house...Good job Andres.
