Andres is simply the best! In this difficult market, he did an outstanding job to find a proper house for me. He was very pro-active, thorough, and professional. He kept me immediately updated about any new properties available for viewing, plus extremely efficient with his busy schedule to fit me in right when needed. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful during all our search time together and made it feel easy. He came highly recommended, and is already recommended to my friends looking to own a property.

Andres is a superb real estate agent. He guided us through the whole process for putting our house in the market from market analysis to final contract including a thorough “to do” list to get all needed things done in a timely manner. He not only gave us sound advice regarding important clauses to include in the contract but went above and beyond by giving us lots of vey useful advice, e.g., taking pictures of items that needed repair or attention before we put our house in the market. We recommend him highly (already recommended him to a friend) and will definitely use his real estate services again!

Generally I don't write reviews but I need to write a review about this guy. Andres is very knowledgeable, Energetic and committed to his clients. He is ready to go out there and searched for good deals. He responded to each of my phone call and text. He sent me information about homes for sale before they appear on any other websites. I HIGHLY recommend Andres not only because he was an exceptional realtor handling the sell of my property, but also because he is a well rounded intelligent person that will bring useful insight to all the things you need to consider in the process.

I saw Andres' profile on-line and I cold called him for assistance to either sell or rent my condo after doing some research on realtors in my area. I had tired to rent my place on my own for several months but the pandemic and the economic slowdown did not help my situation. I was impressed at the quality and promptness of his responses from the inception. The same day I called, he completed a comparable for me to review and set-up an appointment to discuss. Furthermore, the entire experience was smoothened out due to his diligence and foresight on what needed to be done to mitigate potential issues. For example, the inspection of my property revealed a couple of minor issues that needed to be fixed. He leveraged his own contacts and resources, to facilitate the options I had to get them fixed timely, avoiding any delays in the process. We sold my property within the month of listing.

I was completely pleased with the entire process.

Andres is a machine. A nice machine at that. We had a tight timeframe to get house sold/us moved to new state, before our baby arrived. He did all in his power to push it and we had dual offers within 5 days. His photographer is also stunningly talented and if you knew me - I’m only an easily impressed person by very competent people in their field.

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Andres - there were some small hiccups in the selling process, as there always are in life, and he handled them with aplomb.

Bonus - his daughter is adorable. So give a family man some business, y’all!

Buying a house with Andres was fun and easy. He does care a lot about his clients and worked for us practically 24/7. Thanks to his knowledge of local market and to his intuition we were able to buy a wonderful house in expensive area for surprisingly moderate price.
