Andrés and his team were beyond compare. He came to me through the recommendation of a close friend who I grew up with in Bethesda. I was selling the family home of 52 years that my siblings and I grew up in, after the passing of my parents. The team connected me to wonderful people who ran an estate sale for us, as well as assisting me in emptying the house, and preparing it for sale. When the time came for us to put the home on the market, Andrés used his fluency with information technology to find a family who lived out of state who were excited to learn of our home. We received a great offer the day before it went on the market. I was blown away by such marketing ingenuity. The way that Andrés and his team helped us through this difficult time spoke to values of kindness, sensitivity and professional excellence. Communication was always prompt and thoughtful. I would emphatically recommend Andrés to anyone searching for a realtor in the DC (Bethesda) area.

Andres, Jordan, and their team provided world-class service throughout our home buying process. They were professional, responsive, flexible, patient, immensely helpful and accommodating for us despite the perfect storm of first-timers, out-of-towners, a pair of CPAs with lots of questions, a wildly competitive market, and a global pandemic.

To give some specific examples: Andres and Jordan were always responsive to whatever medium of communication we used and were as thorough in their responses as we were (likely overbearing at times) in our questions. They conducted virtual showings for us when we couldn't travel but wanted to see properties in a fast-moving market. They coordinated robust in-person showing schedules for us when we could travel. They provided referrals to exceptional service providers. They helped us stay true to our goals and balance patience and tenacity in a competitive market. They provided key negotiating advice that helped us win against seven offers without sacrificing our interests. And they walked with us every step of the way from signing to closing, helping us keep track of all the moving pieces.

We absolutely could not have done it without Andres, Jordan, and the team and feel terrific about the value they provided along the way. We will jump to refer them to anyone who asks.
