About Andrew

Andrew Akins was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After working in Atlanta for three years, Andrew moved home to earn a Master’s degree from the University of Memphis. A fellow investor, Andrew purchased his first investment property in 2015 and after seven years in commercial banking, he transitioned to CB Properties to further grow his own portfolio while operating a property management company. A native Memphian, Andrew is very knowledgeable about the area and its people. He is very passionate about real estate investing and working with investors to grow their portfolios in the Memphis area. He enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and tennis, and catching any type of event going on in the Memphis area.
