Andrew was recommended to us from our Loan Agent and we couldn't have been happier. Paris was our point of contact and she showed us properties throughout elk grove. Paris had great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in so that was very helpful. The team was very responsive and they scheduled tours very quickly. When it was time to put the offer in Andrew guided us on how much to come in with and he was on point because that enabled us to get the house we wanted. Thanks to the whole team for helping us and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend them!!

Andrew Avalos and his team made a process that can be so overwhelming seamless. Andrew made it a personal mission of his to find the perfect home for me and my two little ones. He guided me through this process and educated me every step of the way. Throughout this process I gained so much knowledge. His team is remarkable! Andrew and his staff are exceptional and top notch. We began working with Andrew in 2009 when he helped us purchase our first home. Since then he has helped us and our family members buy and sell houses. Most recently when we were looking to upgrade to our dream house we called upon Andrew. Andrew and his office staff were attentive, proactive, and communicative throughout our house search. Andrew quickly learned what would be considered our dream house and once that house came on the market, he got our offer accepted over other offers in this very hot market.
