This was our first time buying a house and Andrew made it easy. He guided us every step of the way. From getting us connected with the right people before we were ready to buy to make sure our credit/finances were in proper order….. to connecting us with a financial institution that was right for us when we were ready! He was always available to show a property and did an amazing job helping us find the perfect house for us! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The process of selling a house can be very intimidating, but Andrew made this process so smooth and seamless. Throughout the whole process he kept what I wanted/needed in mind.

Andrew was upfront and honest with me about what needed done to the house before listing it to ensure that I would get the best price for the house. Throughout the listing/selling process he communicated well with me letting me know when we were showing the house, deadline for offers (if necessary), and showing times. He was the most helpful during my closing process since I moved out of state and had to close remotely. I highly recommend using Andrew for buy or sell your home!

This review is coming from the perspective of a buyer.

This is, by far, the easiest five-star review I've ever given. Andrew has to be one of the best in the business. From the moment you meet him, you'll feel like you're old friends. Andrew's experience in this industry is apparent. He is able to work through your needs, wants, expectations, and apprehensions to find you the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable about Indianapolis and the surrounding neighborhoods, from their history to their expected development. His overall experience has also given him insight into the things to look for when touring a potential home that may be red flags or something that needs to be addressed on the initial offer.

I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process of buying our first home, especially in the current market, without Andrew in our corner. He gave us the confidence and advice we needed to make an attractive offer that ultimately landed us our current home.

Andrew will also go to bat for you. He's very protective of his clients and is not afraid to make a call if he feels like you're not being treated fairly by someone involved in the overall process.

Andrew is a very personable guy. He takes his work very seriously and does everything he can to assist his clients. My wife and I are very happy to call him a friend and neighbor. We are now clients for life. If you're looking to buy a house in the Indianapolis area, Andrew is your guy.

From the first time I reached out to them, they answered immediately and from there on out were not only incredibly responsive, but went above and beyond to help educate and inform me throughout my entire home selling process. Andrew was an amazing realtor in helping find our first home. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was quick to inform us of new houses on the market. He was very accommodating and flexible with his schedule so that we could see homes as quickly and efficiently as possible. He pointed out defects in homes so that we understood what was going on structurally and what problems may arise from said issues. He genuinely wanted to find us the perfect house. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would. When we started seriously looking for houses in a new town, we wanted to be sure we went through a realtor who we trusted and knew would have our best interest in mind throughout the whole process - who wouldn’t want that, right? Several of my friends had used him with purchasing and selling their homes and came HIGHLY recommended by all, so our choice to use him was a no brainer. He is extremely progressional and knowledgeable about the markets he’s working in, and in our case, a market he didn’t work in often. Response time, communication, turn around time on your requests? No issues whatsoever. If there’s something to know, new info, or no updates as of yet - he’ll tell you and be in constant communication so you always know what’s going on (or not) in real-time. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s great at what he does - our satisfaction and new, pretty house shows it!
