Mr. Barrett is dedicated to the art of the deal. He is an honest communicator and a strategic thinker; skilled in negotiation, development, customer service, underwriting, budgeting, and marketing. He is a strong and responsive business development professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in Marketing from University of Iowa. Mr. Barrett has over 30 years of business and real estate experience including development of several profitable hospitality businesses and a thorough understanding of process within troubled assets departments of banks and financial service companies.
He lives in Chattanooga, TN, is married to Shelane Barrett (National Account Manager- A Place for Mom) and has 3 wildly successful children.
