Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell, a native of Atlantic Beach, has witnessed the significant growth of Jacksonville and the Beaches over the past 40+ years. Beginning his career in lending, he spent two years before transitioning to a title company. In 2010, Andrew obtained his real estate license, followed by his broker’s license in 2015.

Leveraging his extensive experience, Andrew has dedicated the past decade to enhancing his service to customers. His comprehensive understanding of both lending and closing aspects of home ownership provides him with a distinct advantage as a broker/owner. After managing an independent brokerage, he established his own company, NextHome Assurance Realty, to further elevate customer service.

Andrew’s commitment to real estate extends to his community involvement. He serves as a Director on local and state Realtor Associations and has held leadership positions in the Women’s Council of Realtors Jacksonville and Florida. His community efforts have been recognized, including accolades from Florida Realtors in their “That’s Who We R” campaign in 2020 and a Breast Cancer Champion award from the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation in 2012 as a member of The Moves Brothers.

Married for 19 years, Andrew and his wife have two talented children. Beyond real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, BBQing, and camping.
