Andrew Bell

Born and raised in Atlantic Beach, Andrew Bell has watched Jacksonville and the Beaches grow and thrive over the past 40+ years. His deep local roots and industry expertise give him a unique perspective and advantage in today’s real estate market.

Andrew began his career in lending before moving into title, then earned his real estate license in 2010 and broker’s license in 2015. With experience across the full spectrum of the transaction process, he brings unmatched knowledge to every client and agent he serves.

After managing an independent brokerage, Andrew founded NextHome Assurance Realty to better serve customers with a fresh, forward-thinking approach. That vision has since evolved into NextHome Endless Summer, where Andrew leads with integrity, innovation, and heart.

A passionate industry leader, Andrew serves as a Director on both local and state Realtor Associations. He is a past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Jacksonville and a past State President for Women’s Council of Realtors Florida.

Andrew’s community impact has also been recognized. In 2020, he was featured in Florida Realtors’ “That’s Who We R” campaign, and in 2012, received the Breast Cancer Champion Award from the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation as part of The Moves Brothers.

Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys life with his wife of 19 years and their two talented children. He loves family time, riding his motorcycle, BBQing, and camping under the Florida sky.
