After living in Utah for 35 years, my wife and I decided to move to Cal to be close to the grand kids. I am 70 years old and needed all the help I could get to find the right house at the right price in the right neighborhood with the right timing. I was unable to travel back and forth to look at things but Drew accommodated us with face time and a lot of extra effort on his part. He is the best I have ever worked with and would recommend him highly. Great person as well as realtor. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the help and guidance we received from Drew and his group at One Nest. Selling our rental home was to date the biggest investment decision we have ever made so obviously we did not take the decision of which realtor to list with lightly. We have purchased three homes over the years and now have sold two of them. One Nest Real Estate has provided us with the absolute best real estate experience we have ever had. Not only did they save us a lot of money but they provided us with more service than we have ever received from an agent. I really can't say enough about Drew Bartlett. We wanted to buy a house but weren't ready to put our current one on the market. One Nest's full service model helped us get the house ready quickly, on the market and sold at the best price. Then Drew helped us find a great house, negotiate a great price and navigate through the process all the way to closing. We were signing papers at the title company and I said, I feel like this was too easy. That's the best compliment I can pay. Drew made this process as easy as possible. As others have said, he makes you feel like you're his only client--which is amazing considering how many people are using One Nest for their home sale/purchase.
