About Andrew

Andrew Carruth is principal and co-owner at Loren Homes. He represents the third generation of homebuilders in his family, having grown up watching his father Mark Carruth’s work in the industry including the founding of his own homebuilding company, Loren Construction Co. in 1984.

Prior to launching Loren Homes with sister Lauren Merritt in 2018, Andrew worked for real estate law firm Weissman for seven years before joining the family homebuilding business to work in sales and customer service. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.
