Andrew Castillon

Originally born and raised in Michigan, I have called Chicago home for last fifteen years. From Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods and festivals, to its spectacular cuisines and diverse population from all walks of life; I thrive on the energy of this city and Chicago has become a big part of who I am. After a short, and very successful, career in the corporate startup world, I made the decision to pursue my passion and career in real estate which gave me the unique opportunity to bring my love for entrepreneurship and strengths together to help benefit others by facilitating and navigating one of their biggest life decisions. I attended Michigan State University and graduated with my bachelors in Pre-Med Human Biology with a minor in Business Management as a graduate of the College of Lyman Briggs with Honors. Post graduation I knew I was meant for something bigger and wanted to be challenged and craved an environment that cultivated that so I planted roots in Chicago and worked tirelessly to build my business from the ground up.
At present day, I've now navigated the Chicago real estate market representing clients for almost a decade, so I bring familiarity and a deep understanding of what it takes to position both my buyers and sellers for success. My avidity for architecture and design paired with an extensive and affluent network are powerful resources I bring to all my clients. Strongly complimented by my discipline, comprehension of data analytics, expertise in marketing and sales, and a focus on actively listening to the needs of my clients are all qualities I incorporate into my business everyday. I value getting to know my clients far past helping them achieve their goals to become their trusted advisor, advocate, and friend for years to come.
