Originally born and raised in Michigan, Andrew Castillon has called Chicago home for the last fifteen years. From Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods, street festivals, and farmers markets to its spectacular cuisines and diverse population from all walks of life, Andrew thrives on the energy of this city, which has become a big part of who Andrew is. After a short and highly successful career in the corporate startup world, Andrew made the decision to pursue a passion for real estate—an opportunity to combine entrepreneurial spirit and professional strengths to help others navigate, streamline, and bring ease to one of life’s biggest decisions: buying an asset, but more importantly, a home.
Andrew attended Michigan State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Med Human Biology and a minor in Business Management as an Honors graduate of the College of Lyman Briggs. Post-graduation, Andrew knew there was something bigger ahead and sought an environment that cultivated challenge and growth. Planting roots in Chicago, Andrew worked tirelessly to build a business from the ground up.
Today, with nearly a decade of experience navigating the Chicago real estate market, Andrew brings deep familiarity and understanding of what it takes to position both buyers and sellers for success. Avidity for architecture and design, paired with an extensive and affluent network, are powerful resources Andrew offers to every client. Strongly complemented by discipline, data analytics expertise, skilled negotiation, and strategic marketing, Andrew focuses on actively listening to client needs and delivering exceptional results. Beyond real estate transactions, Andrew values building lasting relationships—becoming an advocate, trusted advisor, and friend for years to come.
