Andrew Chmiel

Andrew Chmiel has been involved in Real Estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up, he assisted his father with apartment renovations and rentals, soon recognizing the value of Real Estate as a stream of income and wealth building. He really got hooked on in 2006 when he acquired his first multifamily rental in Brooklyn.

Since then, he purchased and sold multiple investment properties in Connecticut and has been helping clients buy and sell by sharing his local investment expertise.

Andrew also had a successful career working in the financial industry for over 20 years where he learned the skills to analyze real estate investments and markets. Andrew moved to Connecticut in 2009, first to Norwalk, and now lives in Weston with his wife and two daughters.
