This guy knows how to sell for top dollar! Andrew is a top flight realtor who came highly recommended to us by friends who had listed and sold their homes (each above list price) with him. Andrew had a plan to expertly market our home, and he brought us a dozen great offers after just one weekend on the market most for substantially more money above our list price. You cannot go wrong with him as your agent!

Andrew is absolutely A+. He kept me in the loop on my loan more than my actual lender did! He went above and beyond, even calling me on Saturdays and Sundays just to keep me updated. Though I’m sure I didn’t purchase the biggest home he was trying to sell, he always made me feel like I was his top priority. If you’re looking to purchase a home in Central Indiana, look no further than Andrew!

I had the opportunity to work with Andrew on a couple of occasions. The first occasion was when I was looking for a house in 2017, which did not pan out. Andrew impressed me with his organization, knowledge, honesty, and availability. I learned he takes care of his clients and that stuck with me. Fast forward to 2022, and my wife and I are looking for a larger house and to sell out current home. I call Andrew and he is right there to help us make a complicated situation as easy as possible. We sell in March 2022 and close on our new home in June 2022. Andrew made the entire process easy, streamlined, and he took care of us as clients and made sure we found the right home for us. I honestly can not say enough good things about Andrew, he is definitely the guy you want to work with.
