I had the opportunity to work with Andrew on a couple of occasions. The first occasion was when I was looking for a house in 2017, which did not pan out. Andrew impressed me with his organization, knowledge, honesty, and availability. I learned he takes care of his clients and that stuck with me. Fast forward to 2022, and my wife and I are looking for a larger house and to sell out current home. I call Andrew and he is right there to help us make a complicated situation as easy as possible. Andrew is the best realtor! Being a buyer searching in a seller’s market, Andrew went above and beyond to find us the house of our dreams. He constantly monitored new listings and showed us properties as soon as they came available. He walked us through the negotiation and inspection process and made us feel comfortable. out of state in this crazy market has been a real challenge. Andrew was phenomenal from start to finish. Andrew came highly recommended to us by friends and family members and I can't thank them enough. Andrew listened to us, wanted to know what made our home special, marketed our home, searched for buyers, made suggestions, took our suggestions ... I other words, gave it his all. In the end, he sold our home quickly and for a full 10% more than other realtors thought it should be listed for.
Our daughter and son in law also used Andrew when they needed to move quickly for a great job offer.They have three small children and took his advice to get their home ready quickly. There's only one chance for a first impression, and Andrew hit it out of the park. The listing was top notch and the pictures were outstanding (ours were too, BTW) and their house sold for full asking price the first day.
Andrew did absolutely everything he could have done to sell our houses for absolute top dollar. We can't recommend him enough!
