About Andrew

Continuously breaking records within the real estate industry - most recently awarded one of the Top Individual in Sales and winner of the Most Transactions within New York for 2021, Drew has built an unparalleled reputation for his profound knowledge, astute mind, integrity, and kindheartedness. Being in the luxury real estate industry for over three decades and a law school graduate with mastery in negotiation and analysis tactics, Drew has the innate ability to do what most cannot – as noted by one of his clients: “Drew was able to make, what I’d been told was unrealistic, happen.” His background and real estate acumen make it easy for him to guide sellers and buyers, but also for him to be able to work with their lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, and other professionals on a level that is not always achieved by other brokers.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Columbia Law School, Drew was practicing as a partner in a Manhattan law firm when the over 3,800-apartment Lincoln Towers complex, where at the time he’d resided for 15 years, converted to cooperative ownership in 1987. This prompted Drew's transition into real estate, where he has been the driving force behind several record-breaking deals spanning from the Upper West Side to Tribeca. Since he founded Residence Resource specifically to tap into the Lincoln Towers market when it converted, he has sold over 900 homes, amassed over $450 million in total sales, and closed more than 90 seven-figure deals. In many instances, he has successfully coordinated the intricate details of owners purchasing each other’s units and he has been able to creatively assist when necessary in other complicated situations involving estates, relocating contiguous owners, purchases for parents or children, and transactions involving multiple interrelated sales. Drew is also acknowledged as the "go-to" person for all aspects of the real estate industry and is often solicited for his opinions and suggestions by lawyers, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and other real estate brokers.

Outside of real estate, Drew has been an active member of his community serving on his Lincoln Towers building’s Board of Directors as its President for three years as well as a Director of the Lincoln Towers Community Association (LTCA). He also enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, traveling, and passionately rooting for the Mets (this year could really be different) and the Jets (more of the same).
